Taulant Hodaj is a managing partner and attorney at law at our firm. Taulant obtained his Bachelor’s degree in law from the State University of Tetovo, FYROM (2007) after which he pursued his post-graduate studies at the Riga Graduate School of Law in Riga Latvia where he obtained an LL.M. in Public International Law and Human Rights (2009). Taulant also studied Political Sciences and obtained a B.A. Degree from the University of Pristina (2008). He was admitted to the bar – 2012) (Chamber of Advocates of Kosovo). Taulant brings to the firm a rich background of work experience. Apart from working for law firms in Kosovo and Latvia, Tualant worked for the ICTY in Hague as a fellow and was president of the Initiative Group Alpbach in Kosovo. He speaks Albanian as his mother tongue, is fluent in English and speaks well German.
Reinhard Kirpes is an attorney at law who is a partner to our firm and operates his law firm in Offenburg, Germany and Strassbourg, France for over 20 years. Reinhard specializes and cooperates with our firm in Criminal Law, Family Law, Immigration Law and Naturalization. He is also authorized to represent parties in front of the International Criminal Tribunals in the Hague as well as in front of the European Court of Human Rights in Strassbourg.
Fatos Zeqiri is a junior associate at the Hodaj & Partners. He obtained his under-graduate law degree at the University of Pristina (2015), during which time he studied for one year at the Karl-Franzes University in Graz in Austria. Fatos is currently engaged in obtaining a Masters degree in Civil Law at the University of Pristina.
Shkëlzen Feka is a junior associate at Hodaj & Partners. Shkëlzen has two undergraduate degrees, one BA in Law from the University of Tetovë in Macedonia (2009) and one BA in Political Sciences from the University of Pristina (2010). He also obtained his post-graduate Law degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the South East European University of Macedonia. Apart from his legal expertise Shkëlzen gained a lot of experience as a researcher and project coordinator in his work for some civil society organizations. He speaks Albanian as his mother tongue and is fluent in English.
